Compensation

Transparent, tiered, and career-building.

During Academy

50/50 commission split

  • Applies through the Loan Officer's first three funded loans and until successful Academy graduation.
  • Both requirements must be completed before the post-graduation compensation structure begins.
  • Academy tuition is $497, reimbursed after three funded loans and successful graduation while in good standing.
After Graduation

$995 flat fee per funded loan

  • No percentage-based commission split.
  • $500 processing fee when the optional company processing service is selected.
  • Loan Officer retains the remainder of eligible commission, subject to the compensation agreement, lender requirements, payroll treatment, deductions, chargebacks, and applicable law.
